Is that what the sun looks like ... - Wednesday, May 17th

... it had been so long since i had seen it that i completely forgot what it looked like. sunshine means outdoor projects (trying my best to get them all done before the 90 degree temps hit). broke out the deck paint and rollers ... not going to do much with the deck for now other than give it a nice brigth white coat of paint to help rehab it a bit. there are some things i would like to do, including replacing it with a brick patio, but those are projects for next year.

god ... this took forever and it still really wasn't done. railing obviously needs paint and the edges and area around the fireplace still need a coat or two. see the shadow of the tree ... this is literally sunset ... it took me all day ... pitfalls of being a perfectionist, i guess.
